Two words, PURA VIDA, the local club from Jaco Beach is used to the high heat and humidity. They are solid, can be beaten, but they will find a way to win. They have won the Mens Open Championship for Costa Rica Cup THREE times. They are led by Gustavo Castillo, surf instructor, who brings the boys together for the tournament each year. Gustavo and his team represent great Tico style soccer. They play hard, fair, and with a total commitment to win by using every ounce of energy in your body to get up and down the field.
